Ad Hoc Review in the Local HR Role

It might be necessary to add a specific employee to an already-launched performance review or launch an individual employee review. In this case, you can commence an ad-hoc review.

To add an ad hoc review in the Local HR role

  1. Go to LHR Performance > Performance Reviews > Performance Reviews.
  2. Select Add Ad Hoc Review.
  3. In the Add Ad Hoc Review window, select the name of the person the ad hoc review is to be created for in the Employee field.
  4. If adding an employee to an existing review round, select the round name from the drop-down list in the Review Round field. In this case, the rest of the fields will be populated automatically and after clicking OK, the performance review form for the selected person will be generated and added to the list of the corresponding performance review forms. Otherwise, specify the ad hoc review title and type, select the workflow and template, enter the review period and review round timeframe. If optional competencies are not to be included into the competency assessment section, select the Include Job Competencies Only check box.
  5. Click OK to save the data.
