Assign Absence Plan

Absence allowances are generated based on the rules defined in the absence plan that is assigned directly on the employee card. If no plans are assigned to the employee, the system will look whether there are absence plan allocation rules that determine allowance generation for the employee's country. In case the absence allocation rules are not set up, the system will use the default absence plan for allowances generation.
To assign an absence plan directly to the employee, open the employee card and specify the appropriate absence plan in the Absence plan field of the Employment Data section.
Use the Absence Plan Allocation Rules settings to set up rules for applying country-specific absence plans.
