# Assign KPI

Follow these steps to assign a KPI:

1. Go to **My Team Performance** > **KPIs** > **Org Unit** **KPIs**. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/c315c68d-2799-4fcc-9a39-084315b58f14/Images/Documentation/img473.png)

3. Enter the title identifying how the KPI will be represented for the current organizational unit into the **Title** field. For example, if the general KPI is *Sales Revenue*, the specific organizational unit KPI can be *Sales Revenue from Internet Marketing*.
4. Select which KPI is being assigned to the organizational unit from the drop-down list in the **KPI** field.
5. Enter the target KPI value into the **Target Value** field.
6. Enter the KPI description into the **Target Description** field.
7. Enter the threshold KPI value into the **Threshold Value** field.
8. Enter the current organizational unit result for the KPI into the **Actual Value** field on an ongoing basis.
9. Click **Save**.
