# Azure AD Integration Jobs

This topic describes the **MS Entra ID** Integration Job and **MS Entra ID** Photo Integration Job, which are used for integration with Office 365 through Microsoft Entra ID (previously Azure Active Directory), a cloud-based user identity and authentication service that is included with your Office 365 subscription.

## **MS Entra ID** Integration Job

Schedule: Daily “1:50:00 - 1:50:59” AM

Description: This job performs integration with Office 365. New employees with current assignments are created in Lanteria HR if they exist in Office 365. Also, the [mapped fields](/v1/docs/field-mapping) are synchronized from Office 365 to Lanteria HR (Employee and Employment History).

To perform synchronization with Office 365, also ensure that [Office 365 Integration settings](/v1/docs/office-365-integration-settings-in-lanteria-hr) are configured.

**MS Entra ID** Photo Integration Job

Schedule: Daily “1:45:00 - 1:45:59” AM

Description: The job synchronizes employee photos from Office 365 to Lanteria HR. To switch on the integration, under Settings > Settings and Configuration > General, Company Settings, the Development tab, set Synchronize Photo With Office365 to Yes.
