# Bonus Management

Lanteria HR supports managing bonuses on several levels. In addition to the annual [position](/v1/docs/positions) bonuses and bonuses you can grant as a part of the [salary review](/v1/docs/review-salaries), you can [allocate them as needed](/v1/docs/bonus-sheets-1) or based on the [performance review results](/v1/docs/performance-review-bonuses-1). This section explains how to work with the two letter bonus types.

Payment in addition to salary based on the results of a project, a time period etc.
