# Bonus Report in the Local HR Role

In the Local HR role, you can get an overview of all allocated [bonuses](/v1/docs/bonus-management) and bonus payment status for employees under you responsibility, which is defined by [Local HR settings](/v1/docs/managing-local-hrs).
