# Bonuses

There are two types of settings for bonus calculation in the system: [bonus types](/v1/docs/bonus-types) for allocating per-project, per annum or other one-time bonuses and [bonus calculation rules](/v1/docs/bonus-calculation-rules) for bonuses awarded as a part of performance review based on the employee's [job grade](/v1/docs/job-grades) and country.
