Candidate Referrals

The employees can recommend their acquaintances as candidates for the job openings. This can be done from the employee role menu, My Company > Job Openings. After the employee fills in the candidate's contact details, such candidate is created in the Candidate Database and is assigned as applicant to the selected job opening. The references can be checked from the Referrals Report and are visible from the Candidate Tracking.
