# Candidate Search

Search for candidates by different criteria:

- Name
- Job role (based on the **Suitable for Job Roles** field on the candidate card)
- The date the candidate was created (select the date range using the **Start Date** and **End Date** fields)
- [Skills](/v1/docs/assign-skills-to-candidate) (expand the **Skills** section and select the available skills)
- Candidate type: internal candidates are the company employees applying for some job opening, and external candidates are candidates that currently do not belong to the company
