When a job opening is created in the Lanteria HR Recruiting module, it can be published to the company web site. The potential candidates can view the jobs and apply through the application form. They are automatically registered in the Candidate Database and assigned as applicants to the job opening in Lanteria HR. You can check if there are any issues with candidate progress through the application form using the Career Portal Application Statistics report. 

The mail communication, job offers and interviews being conducted and scheduled through Lanteria HR can be synchronized to the candidate’s personal profile.
