Career Path

The career path is a selection of job roles available as potential promotions and rotations from the employee's current job role. Each employee can view his or her career path to decide where to move forward.

To view your career path, go to My Performance > My Career Path.

For each career path job role, the employee can view the job description and run the Competency Analysis report to compare his or her competencies to the competencies required by the job role the employee is interested in.
