Company Goals

The company goals are at the top of the goal hierarchy (org unit goals can be based on the company goals, and employee goals - on the org unit goals). Create company goals under Performance > Goals > Company Goals. 

The goals can be qualitative (for example, expand to Asian market) or quantitative (increase turnover by 20%).
