# Competency Framework

In the Lanteria HR Competence section, you can set up the competency framework that will be available to all employees and base the competencies employees will be assessed by on this framework.

It consists of the competency areas (in this example **HR** **Skills**, **Management**) and competency groups (**Personal Development**, **Financial** **Management, etc.**).
