Competency Job Map

The Competency Job Map (Performance > Competence) shows all the competencies from the Competency Framework in relation to the job roles. The competency requirements for the job roles are set up on the Job Competencies page or by creating a job competency assignment rule, but you can also do it from the Competency Job Map, which provides a full overview of each job's competency requirements. If a competency is not required for the current job, you will see the Include button. If it is required, the required competency level will be displayed. 

If you see any competencies that are not assigned, but are relevant for the job role, click Include to assign them.
