# Competency Job Map

The **Competency Job Map** (**Performance** > **Competence**) shows all the competencies from the [Competency Framework](/v1/docs/competency-framework) in relation to the [job roles](/v1/docs/jobs). The competency requirements for the job roles are [set up](/v1/docs/job-competencies) on the **Job Competencies** page or by creating a job competency assignment rule, but you can also do it from the **Competency Job Map**, which provides a full overview of each job's competency requirements. If a competency is not required for the current job, you will see the **Include** button. If it is required, the required competency level will be displayed.
