# Competency Search

This section explains how to find an employee with the required competencies and how to obtain the analytical information on the employee competencies.

Use **Competency Search** to find an employee with specific competencies, certificates, education level or training.

Select the competencies you are looking for along with their levels, certificate type, education level and training, and then click **Search** to find the employees who meet the specified criteria.

Click the **Competencies** link in the table to view the full list of the employee's competencies.

Click the **Trainings** link in the table to view the employee's trainings.
