# Controls and Notifications

- Protect personal data using appropriate security.  
Lanteria HR implements multi-layer security model, which includes Microsoft OS and SharePoint security restrictions and Lanteria role based access control.
- Notify authorities of personal data breaches within 72 hours.  
Lanteria will inform clients of any found potential risks of data breach within 72 hours of Lanteria becoming aware of it.
- Keep records detailing data processing.  
Lanteria HR utilizes MS SharePoint services (logs, audit trails, version history) for that purpose.
