Core HR Reports in the Local HR Role

In the Local HR role, in the Local HR menu, go to LHR Core HR > Reports to open the Core HR reports. Be aware that when you run a report in the Local HR role, information is normally filtered by the areas of your responsibility, which are configured in the Local HR settings. 

The following Core HR reports are available for the Local HR role:

• Headcount Turnover Report
• Structure Dashboard
• Organizational Changes Report
• Termination Statistic
• Equality and Diversity Report
• Employee Birthdays
• Seniority Report
• Staff Dates Report
