# Dashboards

Homepages for the employee, manager and local HR roles include the **Congratulations** section where the users can check which colleagues have birthdays or working anniversaries today. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/c315c68d-2799-4fcc-9a39-084315b58f14/Images/Documentation/img1210(1).png)

Set up which congratulation types will be displayed to the users - birthdays, anniversaries or both. Under **Settings** > **Settings and Configuration** > **Core HR**, click **Dashboards** and select the congratulation types in the **Display Employee Congratulations** field.

Use the **Anniversary Calculation Date** field to define whether the working anniversary congratulations will be based on the **Employment Date** or **Service Date**.
