# Inbound Integration Overview

The inbound data integration allows synchronizing data between Lanteria HR and another system whose data can be stored and updated to the FTP/FTPS or SFTP server in the .csv format. The integration updates data in the Lanteria HR **Employees** list and the lists related to the **Employees** through lookups by one to one relationship (for example, **Salary Details**). If required, set up several integrations to synchronize with more than one system.
