# Employee Related Data Structure

Lanteria HR provides information on what kind and type of the employee data is stored in the system (data structure). Under Settings > Settings and Configuration > Core HR, click Employee Database > Employee Related Data Structure to view all the SharePoint lists that store the employee data. For each list, you can check the following:

- List name and description
- List fields with types, descriptions and identification whether the field is required
