# Employee’s Work with Learning Catalog

To access the [learning catalog](/v1/docs/learning-catalog) from the Employee role menu, go to **My Learning** > **Learning Catalog**.![](https://cdn.document360.io/c315c68d-2799-4fcc-9a39-084315b58f14/Images/Documentation/image-1674056059052.png)

The courses in the catalog can be filtered by a keyword, by category, by job role the courses are relevant to and/or by competencies they are supposed to develop. Enter/select the desired filter values into the appropriate fields and click the **View** button to view the filtered courses list.
