You can enable or disable adding employees to already created 360 Feedback review round. To enable ad hoc reviews, follow these steps:
- Go to Settings > Settings and Configuration > Performance and click 360 Feedback.
- Select the Enable 360 Ad-hoc Reviews check box.
- Click Apply Changes.
