Fill in 360 Feedback Review Form

After 360 Feedback review forms have been approved and generated, each reviewer receives an email invitation to evaluate the employee(s). External reviewers (reviewers from custom 360 Feedback reviewer groups of the External type, which are not Lanteria HR users) receive an email with a link to an external 360 Feedback form, deployed on a Self-Service site. External reviewers will not have access to anything on the Self-Service site except the 360 Feedback form they need to fill in.
After every reviewer has filled in the form, the 360 Feedback results can be analyzed. The feedback results can be viewed while the review is still on-going to get intermediate results.
To fill in a 360 Feedback review form if you are an internal reviewer
- In the Employee mode, click My Performance > My 360 Feedback.
- On the Require My Action tab, click Respond next to the employee that want to evaluate.
Start working with the form by filling in the available sections. The form structure depends on the template, chosen when launching the 360 Feedback round.
When done, click Submit Review in the top right corner of the form.
To fill in a 360 Feedback review form if you are an external reviewer
In the email invitation to take part in a 360 Feedback review and evaluate an employee, click the link to open the external 360 Feedback review form on the Self-Service site. The link to the external 360 Feedback review form is also available on the page with the review forms (in the HR role, go to Performance > 360 Feedback, and then click Feedback Forms next to the required 360 Feedback review round; or in the Local HR role, go to LHR Performance > 360 Feedback, and then click Feedback Forms next to the required 360 Feedback review round). Click the Active status to open the generated 360 Feedback review form for an external reviewer. This link may be useful in case an external reviewer ignores the invitation to fill in the form or deletes the email with the link to the form, and HR/Local HR needs to resend the link to the external reviewer or HR/Local HR decides to fill in the form instead of the external reviewer.
Start working with the form by filling in the available sections.
When done, click Submit Feedback.
