Gap Analysis Chart

The Gap Analysis Chart displays the current employee competency assessment (displayed in red) compared to the job competency requirements (displayed in green). In this way, you can check whether employee complies with the job requirements and understand the gaps for the employee to work on.

To view the chart, open the employee card and on the Learning tab, click Job Compliance. The Gap Analysis Chart link is also available on the Employee Competency Assessment page (on the employee card, click Performance > Competencies).

View the chart split by competency or competency group. You can also select a specific group to view information for.
