# General Reports

All the reports available for the Lanteria HR modules can be accessed from the Report Center. Go to **Reports** > **Report Center** to open it.![](https://cdn.document360.io/c315c68d-2799-4fcc-9a39-084315b58f14/Images/Documentation/image-1674200088733.png)

In the left pane of the **Report Center** page, select the modules to view the reports for. For each module, the reporting menu is split into **Custom Reports** (the reports the system users create) and **General Reports** (reports that are available in Lanteria HR for this module out of the box).

*Note**Although you can make any changes to the custom reports you create, it is not possible to modify the general reports using the Report Center.*

Availability of report groups and what you can do the Report Center depends on your role:

- **HR** –  employees in this role have access to reports in all groups; they can [create custom report groups](/v1/docs/create-custom-report-groups) and [custom reports](/v1/docs/create-custom-report).
- **Local HR** – employees in this role have access to reports in all groups, including custom groups, but cannot create custom report groups or custom reports.
- **Manager** – employees in this role have access to reports in all groups, except Recruiting; they cannot create custom report groups or custom reports.
- **Training Manager** –  employees in this role have access only to reports in the Learning group, including custom reports; they cannot create custom report groups or custom reports.
- **Local Training Manager** – employees in this role have access only to reports in the Learning group, including custom reports; they cannot create custom report groups or custom reports.
