# Goal Settings

Having clear and specific goals aligned throughout the whole organization is essential for a company's development. Lanteria HR helps manage company goals, create organizational unit goals based on company goals, and employee goals based on organizational unit goals as well as track the organizational unit and employee results for them. This section is dedicated to the settings needed to properly use the goals functionality.
