How to Use the Lanteria HR Mobile App

After you have signed in, the navigation page is opened by default. Use this navigation page to jump to any mobile app page.However, for further navigation, use the navigation pane which can be accessed by selecting the icon. Use this navigation pane after you have opened any page and want to navigate to a different page. Alternatively, you can always select the icon on the header of any page to return to the navigation page. Most pages listed below can be accessed from the navigation page, which is opened upon sign-in.
Under My Details, you can open the following pages:
View My Details
The page with employee details where you can view detailed information about the employee. Some of the employee details can be updated using the Update My Details menu item.
Update My Details
The page where the employee can edit some of their details, such as address and contact information. After filling in or changing field value, select Save to save the changes.
The page with the employee’s documents. You can upload documents by selecting Upload Document.
The page with approvals that require the employee’s actions (the Require My Action tab) as well as list of approvals created by the employee (the Created by Me tab). The employee can use the Actions button to perform a certain action, related to the approval (approve/reject, view approval details, view approval history). Each approval that requires employee's action contains such information as the initiator of the approval, approval creation date, and approval recipient if available. The approval created by the employee contain the same details except the initiator (because you the employee is the initiator in those approvals).
Under My Absences, you can open the following pages:
View My Absences
The page with the employee’s absences. You can use the Register Absence action to register an absence.
Out of Office Calendar
The employee’s out-of-office calendar.
Under Employee Feedback, you can open the following pages:
The page where you can see feedback, related to you. You can set a filter to see feedback only for a certain period. This page has the following tabs to show different types of feedback:
- My Team tab – Shows feedback that was given to the members of your team.
- Given tab – Shows feedback that you gave to other employees. You can tap Give Feedback at the top of the page to give feedback directly from the mobile app. After you tap the button, follow the same steps as when you give feedback in Lanteria HR. If there are pending feedback requests for you, they are displayed under Require My Action – in this case, you can tap Give Feedback next to a specific request to provide you feedback.
- Received tab – Shows feedback that you received from your colleagues. You can tap Request Feedback at the top of the page to request feedback from other employee(s) to you or your colleagues, directly from the mobile app. After you tap the button, follow the same steps as when you request feedback in Lanteria HR.
The page that shows all publicly available feedback that was given to other employees. You can set a filter to see feedback only for a certain period. From this page, you can also give or request feedback by tapping the corresponding buttons at the top.
Use the icon to sign out of Lanteria HR.
