Use HR HelpDesk dashboard to view, create and process helpdesk requests.

Here you can create requests, view existing requests filtered by status, category, country, and location, and process them, and view HelpDesk requests statistics. You can filter requests by other statuses, by clicking a status at the top of the dashboard. You can select the Require My Action Only check box to view only request where your action is required. If you change these filters, click View to apply them.

Under the HR HelpDesk dashboard name the following is displayed:

  • Open – The number of all open requests from any user.
  • Unread – The number of open requests not yet read by the current user.

Please set up HR HelpDesk categories to use HR HelpDesk.

Click the HighContrastModeDisabled(1) icon to enable or the HighContrastModeEnabled(1) icon to disable the high contrast mode, which may be helpful for people with disabilities.
