    If conflicts must not be allowed when scheduling interviews, select the Check Interview Overlapping check box. If selected, the users won't be able to schedule interviews in case there are any meetings in the interviewers' calendars for the selected time slot. 

    Note
    The meeting room calendar conflicts are never allowed, irrespectively of the Check Interview Overlapping check box.
