Interview Summary Scores

Set up the interview summary scores to assess candidates' performance across the interview stages.

Follow these steps to create interview summary scores:

1. Go to Settings > Settings and Configuration > Recruiting.
2. Click Interviews in the left panel and click Edit next to the Interview Summary Scores setting name on the Basic tab. 
3. The Interview Summary Scores list will open in spreadsheet view where you can directly edit the information you need.
   
4. Enter the numeric value to be used in calculations into the Score column.
5. Enter the verbal equivalent of the score into the Title column.
