Set up the interview summary scores to assess candidates' performance across the interview stages.
Follow these steps to create interview summary scores:
- Go to Settings > Settings and Configuration > Recruiting.
- Click Interviews in the left panel and click Edit next to the Interview Summary Scores setting name on the Basic tab.
- The Interview Summary Scores list will open in spreadsheet view where you can directly edit the information you need.

- Enter the numeric value to be used in calculations into the Score column.
- Enter the verbal equivalent of the score into the Title column.
