# Interview Summary Scores

Set up the interview summary scores to assess candidates' performance across the interview stages.

Follow these steps to create interview summary scores:

1. Go to **Settings** > **Settings and Configuration** > **Recruiting**.
2. Click **Interviews** in the left panel and click **Edit** next to the **Interview Summary Scores** setting name on the **Basic** tab. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/c315c68d-2799-4fcc-9a39-084315b58f14/Images/Documentation/img1181.png)
3. The **Interview Summary Scores** list will open in spreadsheet view where you can directly edit the information you need.

4. Enter the numeric value to be used in calculations into the **Score** column.
5. Enter the verbal equivalent of the score into the **Title** column.
