# Job Contracts

Job contracts are available from the **Job Contracts** form (**Core HR** > **Documents**) and from the employee card (click **Job Contracts** on the ribbon). When you need to create a contract for an employee, you can either create it in the Word format and upload to the **Job Contracts** form or generate a contract from the employee card based on predefined template previously defined in SharePoint.
