# HR Dashboards

After the HR role is selected, the landing page displays HR Dashboard. It offers an overview of the pending tasks and most frequently-accessed information. The Dashboard tasks and reports are split into the following sections:

*Note*

**When data the dashboard charts are based on is modified in Lanteria HR, some dashboards are updated in the runtime, and others - overnight by the Dashboards job. The following dashboards are updated by the job: Company Overview, Absences, Performance, Learning and Compensation. To update the dashboard data right after making the changes, you can run the job manually by** locating it under Settings > Settings and Configuration > System Settings > System Jobs and clicking Run Now.

Click the ![HighContrastModeDisabled(1)](https://cdn.document360.io/c315c68d-2799-4fcc-9a39-084315b58f14/Images/Documentation/HighContrastModeDisabled(1).png) icon to enable or the ![HighContrastModeEnabled(1)](https://cdn.document360.io/c315c68d-2799-4fcc-9a39-084315b58f14/Images/Documentation/HighContrastModeEnabled(1).png) icon to disable the high contrast mode, which may be helpful for people with disabilities.
