# Lanteria HR Migration/Recovery

The purpose of this section is to provide instruction on actions required for the content database migration to a new environment or restoring Lanteria HR. The process will be the same in both cases.

It is assumed that content database has been backed up. Please, refer to the [Backup](/v1/docs/lanteria-hr-backup) section for the backup procedure details.
