Learning and Development

Based on the development needs identified during the performance review, you can plan your development activities. Use the Learning Catalog to view the available learning materials and plan your learning. All the materials you select will be added to your personal development plan. Use the plan to launch the learning and track the statuses of the activities. All your learning results will be stored in the GradeBook.
