# Learning Reports in the Local HR Role

In the Local HR role, in the Local HR menu, go to LHR Learning > Reports to open the learning reports. The following learning-related reports are available for the Local HR role:

- [Learner Report](/v1/docs/learner-report) - An overview of the learning information for all or a group of the employees.
- [Development Activities by Employee Report](/v1/docs/development-activities-by-employee-report) - View development activities grouped by employee, change their statuses and other properties, and mark them complete or cancel them if necessary.
- [Learning Materials Report](/v1/docs/learning-materials-report) - An overview of all the learning materials. For each material, you can see a list of employees who are currently working on it
- [Learning Expiration Report](/v1/docs/learning-expiration-report) - A list of expired learning materials or development activities.
- [Required Training Report](/v1/docs/required-training-report) - Required compliance trainings for employees.
- [External Training Report](/v1/docs/external-training-report) - A list of external trainings completed by the employees.
- [Expiring Certificates](/v1/docs/expiring-certificates) - A list of expired certificates
- [Development Needs Report](/v1/docs/development-needs-report) - A summary of all development needs determined for the employees.
- [Training Budget Report](/v1/docs/employee-training-budget-report) - Shows training budgets allocated to employees.
