Local HR can manage employee documents from the Local HR menu. However, only the HR role has access to company documents.
To manage employee documents when you are in the Local HR role, go to Home > LHR Core HR > Documents where Local HR can access:
- Employee Documents - View, upload and send for signing employee documents, which can also be generated on the employee card, filtered by the access settings configured in Local HR settings.
- Employee Job Contracts - View or upload employee contracts, which can also be generated on the employee card, filtered by the access settings configured in Local HR settings.
- Vaccination Documents - view and upload employee vaccination documents, filtered by the access settings configured in Local HR settings.
- Missing Documents - Track missing employee documents, filtered by the access settings configured in Local HR settings.
- Expiring Documents - Track employee documents that have an expiration date, filtered by the access settings configured in Local HR settings.
