# Manage Employee Documents

Local HR can manage employee documents from the Local HR menu. However, only the HR role has access to company documents.

To manage employee documents when you are in the Local HR role, go to Home > LHR Core HR > Documents where Local HR can access:

- Employee Documents - View, [upload](/v1/docs/upload-employee-document) and [send for signing](/v1/docs/send-employee-document-for-signing) employee documents, which can also be [generated](/v1/docs/generate-employee-document) on the employee card, filtered by the access settings configured in [Local HR settings](/v1/docs/managing-local-hrs).
- Employee Job Contracts - View or [upload](/v1/docs/upload-job-contract) employee contracts, which can also be [generated](/v1/docs/generate-job-contract) on the employee card, filtered by the access settings configured in [Local HR settings](/v1/docs/managing-local-hrs).
- Vaccination Documents - [view and upload](/v1/docs/vaccination-documents) employee vaccination documents, filtered by the access settings configured in [Local HR settings](/v1/docs/managing-local-hrs).
- Missing Documents - [Track](/v1/docs/track-missing-documents) missing employee documents, filtered by the access settings configured in [Local HR settings](/v1/docs/managing-local-hrs).
