Manage Goals in the Local HR Role

In the Local HR role, you can manage the following goals:

• Org unit goals for organizational units you are responsible for (defined by access settings configured in Local HR settings)
• Employee goals for employees you are responsible for (defined by access settings configured in Local HR settings)

In terms of goal reporting, in the Local HR role, you have access to:

• Goal Map - View company, org unit and employee goals within your responsibility as well as assign new goals to employees and org units.
• Goal Management Dashboard - view distribution of goals by status, alignment of goals, and goal achievement level for org units and employees within your responsibility.
• KPI report - View an overview of KPIs for org units and employees within your responsibility as well as assign KPIs to employees and org units.
