# Manage Goals in the Local HR Role

In the Local HR role, you can manage the following goals:

- [Org unit goals](/v1/docs/manage-org-unit-goals-in-the-local-hr-role) for organizational units you are responsible for (defined by access settings configured in [Local HR settings](/v1/docs/managing-local-hrs))
- [Employee goals](/v1/docs/manage-employee-goals-in-the-local-hr-role) for employees you are responsible for (defined by access settings configured in [Local HR settings](/v1/docs/managing-local-hrs))

In terms of goal reporting, in the Local HR role, you have access to:

- [Goal Map](/v1/docs/view-goal-map-in-the-local-hr-role) - View company, org unit and employee goals within your responsibility as well as assign new goals to employees and org units.
- [Goal Management Dashboard](/v1/docs/goal-management-dashboard-in-the-local-hr-role) - view distribution of goals by status, alignment of goals, and goal achievement level for org units and employees within your responsibility.
- [KPI report](/v1/docs/kpi-report-in-the-local-hr-role) - View an overview of KPIs for org units and employees within your responsibility as well as assign KPIs to employees and org units.
