In the Manager role, you can view HR Processes for your team as well as start new HR processes (if starting an HR process must be allowed for the Manager role in the HR process template configuration).
To view HR processes for your team, in the Manager role, go to My Team Details > My Team HR Processes. .png)
Available HR processes will be filtered by your team (started for employees in your team). Also, in the filters pane, managers can only select HR process templates with the Manager permissions.
In the Manager role, you can:
- Start a new HR process (starting an HR process must be allowed for the Manager role in the HR process template configuration).
- View the status of HR process actions for your team.
- Complete HR process actions you are responsible for (the manager cannot complete actions on behalf of other employees).
