# Manage Org Structure in the Local HR role

In the **Org Structure** section, Local HR can manage the following:

- [Organizational Tree](/v1/docs/organizational-tree) - View the company's structure in the form of a tree structure, filtered by the access settings configured in [Local HR settings](/v1/docs/managing-local-hrs), and create organizational units.
- [Organizational Chart](/v1/docs/organizational-chart) - View the organizational unit hierarchy of your company, filtered by the access settings configured in [Local HR settings](/v1/docs/managing-local-hrs).
- Jobs Chart - Click **Jobs Chart** to view the positions chart for the org unit, filtered by the access settings configured in [Local HR settings](/v1/docs/managing-local-hrs).
