# Manager/Recruiting Manager Permissions in the Recruiting Module

The Manager and Recruiting Manager roles are heavily engaged in the Recruiting application area. The table below shows which activities in this module are allowed for each of these roles.

*Note**These are standard permissions. If you need custom permissions to suit your needs, contact your Lanteria HR administrator to help you configure the role permissions in the permissions editor.*
