As a manager, you can see how the company, organizational unit and employee goals are aligned together using the Goal Map. Go to My Team Performance > Goals > Goal Map.

Get reports on how the organizational unit goals are aligned with employee goals by changing the Columns and Rows field values and clicking View.
To view individual goals behind the row, click the Goals link.
To view how the employee goals are aligned to some organizational unit, click the Goal Map link for this organizational unit.
