# My Team Goal Map

As a manager, you can see how the company, organizational unit and employee goals are aligned together using the **Goal Map**. Go to **My Team Performance > Goals > Goal Map**.

Get reports on how the organizational unit goals are aligned with employee goals by changing the **Columns** and **Rows** field values and clicking **View**.

To view individual goals behind the row, click the **Goals** link.

To view how the employee goals are aligned to some organizational unit, click the **Goal Map** link for this organizational unit.
