Outbound Integration is data synchronization from Lanteria HR to another system through the API JSON. Whereas inbound integration can transfer data only into the Employees and related lists, and outbound integration has no such limitations. You can use the outbound integration to transfer data from any Lanteria HR list to another system.
When adding an integration to the Lanteria HR settings, you specify the URL for API and Swagger v2 or v3 scheme .JSON file and then map the API endpoints to the Lanteria HR lists, configure the filed mapping.
