The system also allows tracking organizational unit and employee results for the created goals. Another option the system offers is using [Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)](/v1/docs/key-performance-indicators) to measure the company's performance. Goals in Lanteria HR are divided into two categories: - Quantitative goals - Goals of this type can be measured by a metric or statistic. A quantitative goal ensures that you have specific, measurable and achievable target. - Qualitative goals - Goals of this type are measured by manager’s observation without any statistics or metrics to pull from. A qualitative goal is a business goal that you cannot measure with numbers, such as goals related to professional development. ## Related - [Goal Settings](/goals.md)
