# Performance Review Form Overview

Performance review form consists of the following elements:

- Review sections - the number of sections and section types available in the form depend on the [review form template](/v1/docs/performance-review-form-designer) setup and [review workflow](/v1/docs/performance-review-workflows) setup. - **Sections** navigation pane - click the section name to display the section.![](https://cdn.document360.io/c315c68d-2799-4fcc-9a39-084315b58f14/Images/Documentation/img65.png)*Note**If the performance review form is based on template with the **Display Review Form Sections** set to **One by One**, the **Sections** part will not be available for navigation, and the users will switch between the sections with the help of the **Next** and **Previous** buttons on the top of the page.*
- **Details** - performance review information box. The information displayed here depends on the workflow and review round settings. It can be only review round name and period or also [manual score](https://help.lanteria.com/docs/performance-review-score-calculation#manual-score) (performance rating), [calculated score](https://help.lanteria.com/docs/performance-review-score-calculation#calculated-score) (based on competencies, objectives and KPIs) and [bonus calculation](/v1/docs/bonus-calculation-process) details.![](https://cdn.document360.io/c315c68d-2799-4fcc-9a39-084315b58f14/Images/Documentation/img1120.png)
- **Workflow** information - the steps of the current performance review process (based on the [workflow](/v1/docs/performance-review-workflows) selected for the performance review round). - Performance rating selection box - this option is available only if the current step of the [workflow](https://help.lanteria.com/docs/performance-review-workflows) selected for the performance review round has the **Assign Performance Rating** check box selected. The summary rating is calculated automatically based on the **Summary Score** section and can be overridden using the **Select Performance Rating** box. - Form [submission](/v1/docs/submit-performance-review) button - click it when you finished working with the form to pass it to the next responsible. - Actions box - use it to [return](/v1/docs/return-to-previous-responsible-performance-reviewer) review form to a previous step, [assign](/v1/docs/assign-performance-review-form-to-person) to another reviewer, [stop](/v1/docs/complete-performance-review) the review (all the following steps will be skipped and review will have the status **Completed**), [print](/v1/docs/print-out-performance-review-form) or export the form.![](https://cdn.document360.io/c315c68d-2799-4fcc-9a39-084315b58f14/Images/Documentation/img1124.png)
