# Power BI Integration

Lanteria HR Power BI [templates](/v1/docs/power-bi-integration-template-overview) can be used to improve flexibility of the Lanteria HR dashboards. Templates are based on the Lanteria HR statistics and allow extending and customizing visualizations.

Out of the box, the templates are based on the default absence mode (that is, with dynamic absences switched off) and SharePoint storage for data like competencies, development activities and absence allowances (the storage is selected in settings of the corresponding modules under Settings > Settings and Configuration).
